Favorite thing about Laserfiche:

It's a tie! In addition to being the Laserfiche administrator, I also do the bulk of the scanning, so Quick Fields enables me to quickly index documents and save lots of time. It also cuts down on post-scanning work as it improves accuracy and reduces the error rate. The real benefit of the system, however, is the retrieval side, so the main Laserfiche module is my favorite. The search capabilities are extremely flexible and robust, putting critical information just seconds away from staff. What good is information if you can't get to it?
