My favorite thing about Laserfiche is:

It's ease of use. Every day I find a new feature that makes my job easier or that I can demonstrate to my co-workers to make their jobs easier. We are a small state agency and providing electronic documents that are fully searchable has been outstanding.

The Laserfiche achievement I’m most proud of:

I automated our invoicing process using workflows. Being able to convert the process from stacks of paper being shuffled from desk to desk to a process that is electronic has been a challenge. I was able to do this using the built-in workflow tools as well as writing some customized scripts.
