Favorite thing about Laserfiche:

Currently, our favorite module is the Laserfiche Client. We have 112 patents and patent applications and 52 trademarks and trademark applications in various stages of granting. We use Laserfiche template fields to track which patents and trademarks have had action taken by the attorneys in the last 90 days. We can also search on fields such as “renewal date” and “next action,” which gives us useful reports for managing our intellectual property.

In my spare time:

I give interpretative tours at Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, the winter home of the endangered Whooping Cranes.

Looking forward to:

We recently combined our two Houston locations into a single new building. Having everyone under one roof will improve communication and productivity.
