What do you like most about Laserfiche:

Web Access has saved our office tons of manpower hours and space on our e-mail server. It allows us to e-mail a link to a document in Laserfiche instead of attaching the document to the e-mail and causing strain on our e-mail server. Web Access is very simple, yet sophisticated in its own way. Soon, our VPN will be up and running, and we look forward to accessing our Laserfiche documents while we are out of the office. I also enjoy using Snapshot a lot. To me, it's kinda like "scanning without a scanner.” I use it to preserve media articles in their original format from the Internet into our repository. We also see a lot of benefits from using "Bates Numbering" through Snapshot—it beats hearing the old clunker Bates stamp machine at someone's desk all day long. With a few keystrokes, you can select how you would like Snapshot to number your document and presto - it's done! Of course, the best Laserfiche module is the thick client—I use it almost all day, every day. Most of our files are paperless and stored in Laserfiche. Highlighting, redacting, applying sticky notes and e-mailing from the Laserfiche Client are just a few tasks that I use on a daily basis. Everything I do is kept in Laserfiche. It has increased accountability, efficiency and effectiveness in our office. The overall capabilities have far exceeded our expectations!

On those rare occasions when I’m not using Laserfiche:

I enjoy crafting, exercising and being with my family. I also enjoy cruising the beaches in our '55 Chevy Belair!

I’m looking forward to developing a wider understanding of Laserfiche—and upgrading to Laserfiche 8.
