What do you like most about Laserfiche?

Overall, I love everything Laserfiche offers. We have been using Laserfiche since 2001. While it was a slow process for the system to develop, our company has embraced the software and made the transition from microfilm to digital, which has been a very successful adventure. We utilize Workflow, Audit Trail, Quick Fields, and Web Access.

How did you get started with Laserfiche?

When we started using Laserfiche 5 in 2001 it was an easy transition for me. I never really understood microfilm and thought it was a very time consuming operation for storage purposes. I embraced the opportunity to help my company become a digital organization.

What are your future plans with Laserfiche?

While we loved Laserfiche 7, when Laserfiche 8 was released, we took a leap of faith with our VAR and made the transition. Our VAR was aware of the future of our expanding company, and he wanted to get our current employees working with Web Access 8 before our company grows in early 2009. While the learning curve is still there, we are looking forward to the exciting promises of Laserfiche 8 as our company grows from 100 to 700 employees.
