The Laserfiche achievement I’m most proud of:
I performed the Laserfiche upgrade from 7.2 to 8.0. Under pressure and with a very tight deadline, I performed the upgrade within one day. Thanks also to my VAR also because they were able to answer the few questions I had during the upgrade.

Implement a workflow to streamline the hiring process. From the time a position is posted, to the proper routing of information to different departments, I will implement all processes to create Active Directory account, email account, Banner accounts, and Payroll accounts. This will reduce the amount of time services get created for all our faculty and staff.
